SHIPPING POLICIES AND DETAILS
* MBK Keepers offers free domestic US shipping on all orders. International shipping costs are based on your item and size, and each additional item in your International order has a decreased shipping cost. Please begin the checkout process to see the exact shipping cost for your international order.
Your first item may cost $45. The following article may be an additional $30-$35.
*We ship via UPS Ground, FedEx, DHL, and USPS Priority Mail. MBK Keepers reserve the right to select which shipping carrier your order is shipped. All larger shipments (bulk) will ship via UPS Ground. Therefore, no PO boxes can be accepted on orders over two shoes. Ensure you select a NON-PO Box address if your order contains three or more shoes (or if you order the identical shoe in multiple orders). Single shoe shipments typically ship FedEx or UPS Ground unless your shipping location is located on the West Coast, where they may then ship USPS Priority Mail. All international shipments ship via USPS Priority or DHL (not UPS).
*Shipment time is listed on all items. Please refer to the handling time on the item for a specific time for us to ship your item. Preorders ship after release in the approximate time listed on the item. Also, for additional time based on any notes added to the site about extended handling time. Once a tracking number is emailed to you, please allow an additional five business days for the tracking number to update with the carrier.
*Once a package is delivered, we are NOT responsible for the parcel being lost or stolen. Please make sure you have a secure mail location or an arrangement with your shipping carriers. We are responsible for all lost shipments unless it has been delivered, and at that point, it is the buyers' responsibility.
*All orders ship to the exact address you have on the specific order shipping address. The only orders that potentially can be revised to a different shipping address after ordering are PRE ORDERS. On a pre-order, if you have moved before shipment of the item, you must email us with the order number and the new address you would like us to ship your order to. We reserve the right to refuse to change the address based on how recent the pre-order is and the item/order value. Please be aware, that updating your user profile address will NOT impact or change the shipping address on an existing order. You will need to email us as stated above since that will only affect new orders after updating your profile address.
*Please verify that your shipping address is correct and updated. If we ship an item and it is lost due to an incorrect address, you, the buyer, are responsible, and you will not be sent another item nor refunded any money. Suppose you have an incorrect address that causes the shipment to return to us (or you are not claiming the package from the carrier). In that case, we will need the exact shipping cost to reship the item plus an additional $10 for handling paid for us to reship the item.
*If a package is returned to us unclaimed due to non-receipt or incorrect address, there will be a 40% restocking fee if we end up not receiving the shipping cost from you to reship.
*All international shipments have the possibility of incurring customs charges from your country. We have no control over this, and it is 100% the buyer's responsibility (you). Packages returned due to noncustoms payment (if your country charges them in this case) will incur the 40% restocking fee and not be re-shipped.
RETURN POLICY and Details
You may receive a full refund on an item at no cost to you if:
MBK Keepers will not refund orders after 3 days of receiving the order. If you would like to receive a refund, please contact us at info@mbkkeepers.com within 1-2 days of receiving the item. We may also ask that you return the item to us -- we will send out a pre-paid shipping label via email.
Please contact support within 30 days of placing an order if you have not received a tracking update or your package. If you do not contact support within 30 days of placing the order MBK Keepers reserves the right to deny your refund request.
ALL RETURNS WILL GO THROUGH ADDITIONAL AUTHENTICATION CHECKS!!!!
